The Challenge

Royal London Asset Managment instructed Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory portfolio team to value two property funds with a combined worth in excess of £1.25 billion on a monthly basis. These portfolios comprise approximately 100 assets located throughout the UK and across many different sectors, including retail, office and industrial.


The Solution

Our valuation specialists were pressed into action to inspect the properties in order to mobilise the instruction quickly and efficiently. Going forward, monthly valuations are prepared by these same experts using the latest transactional evidence provided by our supportive and award winning agency teams, together with independent market research. Once the values have been presented to the client led by a named partner, a tailored valuation report is written.
