Nine Elms Development Site - Valuation
C&W was instructed by Dalian Wanda to value a complex development site within the Vauxhall-Nine Elms-Battersea opportunity area. The site included planning for 487 residential units, a 209 room hotel and over 100,000 sq ft of office space.
This required highly specialist experience and an in depth knowledge of the Central London residential market, particularly in an emerging area.
The C&W team’s breadth of experience and development specialism meant that it was able to undertake a residual valuation of the site. Using our team’s extensive knowledge of the Central London market, C&W provided advice based on a number of different scenarios.
The client has since acquired the site.
