Position Title:  Analyst

Reports To:  Head of Valuations & Advisory

Location:  Dublin, Ireland

Job Description:

Our Dublin office is currently recruiting for an Analyst to join our growing team. The role will provide the right candidate with an exceptional opportunity to be part of the leading V&A team in Ireland. The successful candidate will have a broad skill-set, encompassing financial and business data analysis and technology.


  • Provide financial modelling, including the development of bespoke cashflow models, and utilise evolving industry standard real estate valuation models
  • Undertake sensitivity analysis and IRR calculations to assess property investment values
  • Monitor market developments, analyse data and interpret market trend
  • Support new business generation both individually and as a part of a wider pitch or project team by bringing industry leading data and financial analytics skills to the department
  • Assist in the production of relevant research and ‘thought leadership’ publications
  •  Regular communication with clients and prospective clients, providing sector updates and detailed reports on findings


  • Third level qualification in Finance / Accounting / Real Estate

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Financial, Accounting or Property environment
  • Strong commercial awareness, with knowledge & experience of cashflows and financial analysis
  • Experience in analytical & cashflow modelling, including creating, calculating and interpreting models
  • Proficient in MS packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Report writing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
